Purpose of the SBP Internship
The purpose of this internship program is to provide leadership training to Fresh students and give them professional experience in their relevant fields in the working banking Industry. Also, get an opportunity to be hired at the State Bank of Pakistan
State Bank Interns not only gain technical knowledge within different relevant fields of their choice, but they also are trained on how to interact with professionals in a workplace and develop important skills like time management, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Minimum Qualification and Eligibility Requirements for State Bank Internship Program
Eligible students must have completed at least two (2) out of four (4) years of a Bachelor’s degree program or have enrolled in a Master’s Program in the following discipline from any Board/University/Institution recognized by Higher Education Commission

- Public Administration
- Accounting
- Finance
- Commerce
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Human Resources
- Agriculture

Students must have at least 70% of marks where the percentage system applies or at least 3.00 out of 4.00 or 4.00 out of 5.00 CGPA, where the GPA system is applicable in the final degree/diploma is required for the selection of interns.

Selection of Summer Internship Program SIP for State Bank of Pakistan 2023
The shortlisted students/candidates will be required to submit scanned attested copies of the following documents
- Last semester’s official transcript
- CNIC/NICOP/valid Pakistani passport
- Domicile
- One passport-size photograph
Any attempt to influence the shortlisting process will result in automatic disqualification for the SIP internship.
The State Bank of Pakistan will make the selection and selected candidates/students will receive a confirmation email along with the procedure to attend a SIP internship.
